Click Dealer to Take Part in Charity Football Tournament in Aid of the Douglas Macmillan Hospice!

Click Dealer will compete in the Douglas Macmillan Hospice charity five aside football tournament hosted by chartered accountants, Mitten Clarke, at PowerLeague, Stoke-on-Trent on Thursday September 21^st.

The Douglas Macmillan Hospice is a local charity giving much-needed support to adults with a palliative or end of life diagnosis.  They help people living with cancer and non-cancer life limiting diseases such as advanced heart failure, motor neurone disease and incurable lung diseases.

This year’s tournament begins at 1pm and will consist of a group stage followed by a knock out stage.  The top teams will advance to compete for the cup, meanwhile the lower placed teams will battle it out for the coveted plate.

The Clickers will play in Eccleshall Town’s strip as proud sponsors of the club and fully intend to be competitive in the event. Social Media Manager, Joe Podmore hosted a training session over at PowerLeague on Monday evening in preparation for the competition, he said: “There’s no doubting the vast pool of talent on show at Click Dealer but whether that also translates to the football pitch remains to be seen!

“If we’re as skillful with the ball as we are at knocking up top quality car dealer websites and possess the same level of organisation as our dealer management systems, then the spectators will be in for a real treat!

“The main thing is that everybody has fun and raises plenty of money for what is a brilliant cause! And of course, a Click Dealer win would be nice too! Viva la Click!”
