Click Dealer is looking to recruit a process driven individual who is motivated and organised. Telephone and customer service experience are required for this role.

Job Role:

  • To support the Sales and Marketing department with customer care activities.
  • Manage inbound calls coming in to the business.
  • Liaise with colleagues and transfer calls to the correct department.
  • Log customer calls on Click Dealer’s in house system and monitor the case’s progression, chasing colleagues if needs be.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating information if needs be.
  • To maintain internal records of customer communications and update your colleagues where relevant.
  • Liaising with third parties and external companies for new customers in arranging feeds.
  • Covering other members of the department for holidays and absence where needed.
  • Escalating customer complaints when necessary to the department manager.
  • Salary: 14-18k per annum dependent on experience.
