Click Dealer, the UK’s leading technology platform provider for independent vehicle retailers, seeks a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to spearhead our growth across the UK.

Over the last 20 years, Click Dealer has built a trusted brand by providing a suite of award winning digital commerce solutions that empower vehicle retailers to buy and sell more vehicles, more profitably, more often.

We’re looking for a dynamic individual to help us accelerate our growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding our market share through sales initiatives and capitalising on our recent acquisition and in-group channel partnerships.

Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will: 

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing tele-sales & field sales team, driving the achievement of strategic sales initiatives & targets. 
  • Develop and implement winning sales strategies, maximizing market share and revenue growth. 
  • Coach and mentor individual sales agents, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. 
  • Collaborate with the Product & Marketing Team, supporting new product launches and marketing campaigns.  
  • Nurture relationships across the Group, to deliver cross-sale opportunities through the parent and sister companies.  
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing the value proposition of Click Dealer’s solutions. 
  • Analyse sales data and market trends, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making. 
  • Track sales and agent KPI’s and produce reports, providing clear communication back to the business of the sales department’s performance. 

About you

We’re looking for someone who possesses: 

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales management role, ideally within the SaaS industry. 
  • 5+ years of field & telesales management experience 
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently exceeding expectations. 
  • Exceptional leadership skills, inspiring and motivating a diverse team to achieve their best. 
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, empowering sales reps to develop their skills and win more deals. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK automotive retail landscape (a plus!). 
  • A deep understanding of SaaS products and sales cycles.

Our office
Winton House, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 2RW – close to bus and rail links. Whilst we can support working from home if you wish, you would need to be comfortable commuting into the office at least one day per week and additionally when needed.
