5 Star Reputation – Digital Experts for Independent Dealers

Meet The Clickers – Stacey Ball

The excitement in the air is palpable, there are rumbles of anticipation beckoning across the UK, it can only mean one thing… It’s time for episode 82 of Meet the Clickers! This week, I caught up with Customer Support Executive, Stacey Ball! Stacey took some time out of her busy schedule to discuss everything from her hatred of moths to her Olympic-standard brew making abilities. Here’s what she had to say…

Hi Stacey, great to catch up with you! As always, could you please start off by telling everyone a bit about how you started out here at Click and what your day to day responsibilities are?
I worked for an insurance company as a Compliance Officer, but I wanted to go back to being more customer-facing and Customer Support was the perfect fit. I deal with all enquiries regarding the ClickDMS system from dealers on both phone and email.

Good stuff. You’re one of the newer members of our Customer Support team, how have you settled in?
I have settled really well, everyone is so welcoming.

Great to hear! Why do you hate Moths?
They’re horrible things, they have no sense of personal space!

What three guests would make up your perfect dinner party?
I would invite my grandad because he is the life of a party, Cillian Murphy and Ryan Reynolds

It’d certainly be interesting, to say the least! What trend do you want to see make a return?
Ooo, I think pretty much all trends are making a come back!

But, which one do you want… Never mind. What songs have you completely memorised?
I can sing along to most Nicki Minaj songs back to back!

I am not too sure whether that’s a talent or torture! If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning gold for?
Brew making.

You could teach Joe Podmore a thing or two, I think he’s only made two brews in the past three years! Tell us your best joke…
Knock knock!

Who’s there?

Boo who?

Don’t cry!

Good grief. If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
Buy a house and my favourite car, a Range Rover Sport!

Nice choice! Finally, what’s your favourite thing about working here at Click?
Everyone is just so lovely and the atmosphere is brill!

Great answer, thanks for your time, Stacey!
