How To Request Training

At Click Dealer we offer a number of different styles of training to support our dealerships. Our priority is to make sure that you are using our systems to the best of their ability so that we can help to improve the performance of your dealership.

You can choose from ‘New Starter’ training, this includes a complete training package and covers all of our products and services, this is a great place to start if you have a new member of staff onboard.

We also offer ‘Refresh’ training, during this training you can choose the areas that you’re looking for support in and we’ll tailor the training around your needs. We can focus on anything that you like, some examples may be

  • Stock Web
  • Aftersales
  • Click Social
  • Click Reputation
  • ClickEngage

Both remote and on-site training is available for ‘Refresh’ and ‘New Starter’ training. Please be aware that additional on-site training may be chargeable.
