What made you decide to go with Click Dealer for your DMS/Website?
The main factor was the option to save time, Click’s system would pre-populate the website and the DMS with one swift action.
What was the process like when you signed up? Was it relatively hassle free?
It was very good from what I remember, we received the personal treatment from Gerry and the interaction between us and the Click team was great.
How did you find working with the staff to get your website up and running?
Very good again, it’s always on a personal one to one basis. The last time we had a refresh we were bouncing designs off each other and Oli came down to see us and discussed what we wanted. It was dealt with quickly.

What have been the main differences for your dealership since coming on board with Click?
We’ve grown really! We now have twice the number of cars, with Click by our side it gives us more structure and the feasibility to do that.
Do you get a lot of positive feedback about your website?
We do yes. People say your website is an aspect of how they judge you as a dealership. I would like Click to come back to me to give me a prod every now and then to update our site.
How has Click Dealer helped to increase profitability for your dealership?
The reporting systems are very clear and concise which gives you the option to extract the vehicles we think are going to move quicker. The detail is great and you can concentrate on the more profitable lines which is in the helpful report that Gerry sent to us.

What’s the best thing about working with Click Dealer?
The other week I was invited up to Click and sat with Gerry and gave our opinions out. Click want to listen to every angle and move forward together. It leaves a positive in my mind.
Is there anything you’d like to see Click Dealer improve/bring in, in the future?
There’s a few things I raised in the workshop with Gerry. I respect that every dealership is different but there are a few suggestions I’ve already put forward. There’s always ways to improve!
Have any of your ideas or suggestions for improvement ever been implemented by Click?
Yes, one or two minor ones. They certainly do take on board comments from me and other dealers.
If you have any issues or problems how good are Click Dealer at resolving them?
Very good, we use the helpline a lot these days and find the staff very approachable. We like working on a one to one basis.
Would you/have you recommended Click to other dealerships?
To be truthful, I haven’t. Probably because I don’t really speak to or need to recommend to any other dealership and our competitors. I would recommend them if I did!
Do you think Click are at the forefront of dealer technology?
They’re certainly up there yes, I’ve seen some positive improvements in the last three months that certainly show an acceleration.
