What was the process like when you signed up? Was it relatively hassle free?
Yes, it was fast! The knowledge that Pippa and Gerry have is unbelievable, we felt completely supported. I knew if we had any issues they would be there for us, Pippa came in to see us quite a lot and so it was a really nurtured process.
How did you find working with the staff to get your website up and running?
Everybody at Click is always super friendly and want to help. Even if they don’t know the answer to our questions they are honest about it and will go and sort it out for us.
What have been the main differences for your dealership since coming on board with Click?
Oh, my gosh it’s made a massive difference! Everything is on the computer now! It’s particularly good for Darren and the dealer management side of things, he used to do everything on old school paper and big books. It has made everything a lot easier and quicker for us, everything is there just when we need it.

Everything is right there in front of you. Before, I had to load everything onto AutoTrader and load it all onto our website, it’s basically halved that. The dealer management system has made the process lots quicker.

I don’t think we have ever made any suggestions because Click are really pro-active in keeping on top of things and changing things, so we’ve never had to suggest anything. We have never felt the need to.
