5 Star Reputation – Digital Experts for Independent Dealers

Ashbrow Garage Operations Manager Credits Click For 2017 Award Nominations

Ashbrow Garage Operations Manager, Carlton Chapman, believes that being a Click Dealer customer was a key reason as to why they were nominated in two separate categories for Auto Trader’s Click awards in 2017.

The annual awards, now in their tenth year, acknowledge digital excellence across the franchised, car supermarket and independent dealer sectors.

Based in Huddersfield, the dealership’s two highly commended nods came in the Data Driven Retailer of the Year and Digital Customer Experience categories respectively.

Chapman believes that Click Dealer systems time saving capabilities have significantly improved efficiency at Ashbrow, he said: “Since we have gone with Click Dealer, it has really streamlined everything. From the cars coming into stock, the preparation side, putting them online, feeding them into AutoTrader etc.

“It has given us a lot more power to turn things around more quickly and made things a lot more streamlined. Now it is all done automatically through Click and is all web based.

“Storage as well has been a big improvement as we no longer need servers so the technology on site can be minimal. It has really sped up the whole process.”
