Click Dealer Launches Innovative Updates to its Click Reputation Tool Making Online Review Management Easier Than Ever!

Click Dealer has today launched major updates to its reputation management software package, Click Reputation, which will continue to assist dealers in building their brand authority online.
The new features include a sub category reviews system, an increased number of review websites, the reputation boost feature and reviews personalised to individual employees.
Sub Category Reviews
Dealers will now be able to set up to five sub categories (see below image) for customers to review them on alongside their overall company star rating. This gives dealerships the opportunity to drill down and see what consumers really think of their staff helpfulness, staff knowledge, follow-up, service quality or value for money.
By measuring these KPI’s through the Click Reputation automated review software, dealerships can benchmark areas that they need to improve upon and give employees a well-deserved pat on the back for all the things they are making a good job of.
These sub-category reviews do not affect the company’s overall review score and give customers and dealers alike an extra insight into the company, helping to build trust for the consumer and gathering much needed knowledge for the dealership too.
Increased Number of Review Websites
Click Dealer has developed its latest updates to include live monitoring of up to 93 UK review websites including: Google, Facebook, AutoTrader, Yell and many other popular review platforms. This is an upgrade on the original 88 websites available on launch in March 2017.
Dealers are notified via email as soon as a new review of their business appears online, this way they don’t have to scour the internet searching for feedback on their company and save themselves a tonne of time!
If Click Reputation does not currently cover a review website that a dealer is using, then Click Dealer can add these into the overall list on a request by request basis, with no extra charges incurred!
As part of the latest innovations within the Click Reputation upgrade, dealers can now send consumers to the review platforms that they’d like them to post a review on, rather than directly to the We Love Reviews homepage.
If a dealership is running low on AutoTrader reviews or wants to boost its customer feedback on Facebook and Google, they can direct customers to up to three specific review platforms at once so that reviews are submitted where they matter most.
Personalised Customer Reviews
With Click Reputation, dealerships can now give customers the option to review a specific member of staff within the business. This works especially well if an employee has done a great job and means that businesses could even run incentive schemes to keep staff motivated.
On the other hand, it’s also a brilliant way for business owners to quickly identify problems with staff and take control of the situation before too much damage is done. Customers can now rate the people they deal with directly as oppose to a more general business rating.
