Last week the IMDA hosted its first ever ‘Best Practice’ masterclass at Birmingham City FC’s St Andrew’s Stadium.
The event which is designed specifically for independent car dealerships, explains more about how to maximise profitability and how to gain insights into who customers are, as well as sharing what works and what doesn’t.
Participants should come away with a better understanding of how to measure business, leads and success, enabling them to take action and make decisions to help drive down costs whilst simultaneously thriving as independent dealers.
Hosted by well-seasoned trainer, coach and mentor, Ali May-Khalil, of Sentience International, the classes are packed full of energy and expertise surrounding the independent motor industry and feedback from the Birmingham leg of The IMDA tour has been incredibly positive from dealers.
The masterclass is a well-structured content rich session, designed to help independent dealers and therefore features no product plugs or corporate upgrades, it is organised and delivered by the IMDA, purely for the benefit of its loyal members.
There are still two more masterclasses scheduled this summer for dealers to attend:
Watford July 5th – https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/the-imda-best-practice-masterclass-watford-tickets-46251583732
Perth August 14th – https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/the-imda-best-practice-masterclass-perth-tickets-46752545121
