360-Degree External View Images

To create a 360-degree image of the exterior of a car, you will need to use a standard camera to take around 20 to 30 pictures of the car as it spins very slowly on a turntable. It is not vital to use a turntable, but this will ensure that the resulting image looks smooth, and it will be easier than you having to walk around the vehicle.

When you upload all of the individual photographs to Click Dealer’s system in order, our technology will intelligently stitch them together to create an image that users can click and drag to reflect the experience of walking around the vehicle to see every part of its exterior.

360-Degree Internal View Images

360-degree internal images require a special camera, called a Ricoh Theta. These devices look like flat sticks with curved lenses on the front and back, which allows the user to take a spherical image in a single shot.

You simply place the camera in the centre of the vehicle, and put on a timer, and leave it to capture the image. Again, you can upload this image to Click Dealer’s system, which will transform it into an interactive image.
