Meet the Clickers – Katie Pemberton

It’s two in a week for you lucky bunch, episode 9 of Meet the Clickers is here!

What better way to end the week than with a chat with the ‘best in the biz’ Customer Care Manager, Katie Pembo?

So Katie, thank you for taking some time to take part in Meet the Clickers. Could you tell us when you joined Click?

“No worries! I joined Click in February 2015, I knew Pippa Rolo and saw a job was available when she advertised for a Customer Care Advisor. Best decision I ever made!“

Fabulous, could you explain your current role within the business?

“I am the Customer Care Manager, I oversee all the incoming customer calls and my team monitor the help-desk at Click HQ. We also help out with new clients in the go live process. Exciting times!”

What game or movie would you most like to live in?

“This is a difficult one, can I have a series? I have just watched American Gods! I would love to have some godly powers!“

I’ve been meaning to watch that, looks great. Crucial one now, what is your favourite drink?

“Gin & Elderflower tonic, yum!“

Big fan of Gin, seems to be the ‘in’ thing right now. If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would it be and why?

“Leonardo DiCaprio, he would be super interesting and easy on the eye!”

Who is your idol?

“My mother, she is the most amazing person. She has raised me and my brother on her own and is the strongest woman I know.“

If all jobs had the same pay and hours, what job would you like to have?

“I would still work at Click, this is the best job anyone could have! I have never had a day where I’ve not wanted to work here.“

Lovely Katie. What is something that a ton of people are obsessed with but you just don’t get the point of?

“Coriander! Vile stuff.“ 

What is your proudest achievement in life?

“This has to be my son Lucasz, he’s the best kid ever! Super sassy and mischievous, he makes me laugh every single day.“

As always – the final question, what do you love most about working at Click?

“I know this has been said before but it really is the people who make working at Click so easy, everyone is so approachable and working here has really changed my life. It’s not just a job we are a massive family who have the best work nights out I think anyone can ever have!

Gerry, Pippa and Ollie are the best bosses I could ask for.”
