2017 promises to be an incredibly exciting time for Click Dealer with the launch of various new products to help our dealers further enhance their profit margins!
The Click team has invested heavily in product development and innovation over the last twelve months and subsequently have a number of new role outs earmarked for release this year.
New Products for 2017:
Click Blogging – This exciting new optional extra to the core product provides dealerships with a fully functional blog setup by the Click Dealer team. Complete migration of data is available from any pre-existing blogs (WordPress format only), as well as hosting and expert technical support.
Our Clickers can train dealers on how to use their new Content Management System to create and post their own blogs or alternatively posts tailored to any subject can be crafted for you by our in house team.
The upcoming feature promises to help dealerships accelerate their profits by driving more traffic to their websites and in turn more leads, and subsequently sales into the business.
Click Campaigns – Aims to accelerate profits by increasing the percentage of repeat custom for dealers through the automation of content marketing in the form of emails and text messages aimed at retaining pre-determined customer types.
For example, retaining finance customers can be made easier with this new tool, as if clients are coming to the end of a package, Click Campaigns can automatically send them relevant offers for renewal. The same notion can be applied to customers who haven’t purchased a car for a set amount of time or are approaching a purchase anniversary.
Both email and SMS lists are completely dynamic and all content is created from live data housed within each business’s dealer management system.
Click Engage – Improves the engagement process with online and telephone enquiries and differentiates dealers from their competitors by automating informative presentations on vehicles of interest to send to prospective buyers.
Click Engage is also equipped to deliver text messages with website links to leads, detailing stock features and finance packages available on vehicles. These can even be personalised as coming from the sales person who dealt with them.
The new bolt on feature aims to improve the professional image of dealerships and enable them to better compete against the larger chains in the ever competitive Auto Trader centric world of vehicle retail.
Click Reputation – Is set to revolutionise customer intelligence in the automotive industry. The exciting new optional bolt on is setup to prompt customers to review a dealership online at set times such as directly after a sale or even months and years down the line, thus removing the time and effort required for dealers to chase their customers for reviews.
The feature can include live monitoring of up to 88 UK review websites, where verified customers are asked to copy positive reviews to Google, Facebook, or any other popular review sites of a dealer’s choice.
Click Reputation also helps to build dealership authority and reputation quickly and easily using proven business processes, as well as promoting a positive brand image with genuine reviews from satisfied customers displayed on dealer’s websites, as well as social media broadcasting of great reviews online.
