The 3R’s and 2Q’s of Local Reviews and Online Reputation Management

The Three R’s

Furthermore, the fact that recent reviews pack a more powerful social punch with potential customers than older reviews means that you simply must put systems in place to continually broadcast and gather them. Prompting customers via texts and emails is a great way to get them to review your company after a sale!

The Two Q’s

Quantity – Ask yourself: If one dealer has 35 reviews with a 4-star average and the next best local competitor has one 5-star review, who are you going to call? Reliability is proven with consistency, especially where online reviews are concerned.

Quality – This one is pretty obvious: The higher your reviews, the better your reputation will be – within reason. However, a business with nothing but 5-star ratings can look suspicious but, in general, the more favourable your reviews, the better you look in the online realm.
